Leeds United manager Marco Bielsa was reportedly at Valley Parade on Sunday to watch Liverpool winger Ryan Kent.
Leeds United have emerged as front runners alongside Rangers in the hunt for Kent, who looks set to depart Liverpool on loan this summer.
Sounds like Liverpool’s Ryan Kent on loan to Leeds is going to be happening 🤞#lufc— Total Rumours (@TotalRumours) July 16, 2019
Whilst the youngster has been included in Liverpool’s tour of the USA, Klopp is believed to be keen to allow the player to go out on loan again to aid his development.
Former Leeds player Noel Whelan told Football Insider: “Bielsa was probably at Bradford looking at Ryan Kent. There’s no reason for him to go there rather than Australia unless it was beneficial for him. Ryan Kent has been spoken about before. I think Bielsa has met with Jurgen Klopp after the game. If there is interest and conversations going on it, it is worth talking with his manager.”

It’ll be interesting to see where Kent ends up this summer. He enjoyed a brilliant campaign with Rangers last year, winning their Young Player of the Year, but, like we’ve seen with Harry Wilson, a stint in the Championship could prove huge in his development.
